NIADA 2011: Denver Conference & Classes

Our Annual NIADA 2011 Conference was held in Denver, Colorado. The 2011 NIADA Conference was one of the most enjoyable ones in recent memory, due, in large part, to the gargantuan efforts of our hardworking Conference Chair, Leslie Molen. Leslie welcomed us all to her hometown, Denver, where the stage was set at the beautiful Westminster Westin Hotel north of the city with the Rocky Mountains looming in the distance. ~Shelley Thornton, NIADA artist, NIADA board member

Paris workshop week Marlaine Verhelst
Every year Marlaine Verhelst teaches a doll workshop week in a charming little village near Paris, France.

ANKIE DAANEN FOUR DAY DOLLMAKING CLASS
Hello, Dear Doll Friends.
I am happy to let you know that I will teach a FOUR DAY DOLLMAKING CLASS in ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO.
This class will take place from Thursday, Feb. 3rd through Sunday, Feb. 6th 2011 and will be held in the SANDIA COURTYARD and CONVENTION CENTER.
Class hours: 9:00 am until 5:00 pm. Class fees: $500,- plus a $25,- kit fee.
Room rate: $49,- plus taxes for a double room inclusive breakfast. Continue reading
