NIADA 2011: Denver Conference & Classes

2011 Denver CO

Our Annual NIADA 2011 Conference was held in Denver, Colorado. The 2011 NIADA Conference was one of the most enjoyable ones in recent memory, due, in large part, to the gargantuan efforts of our hardworking Conference Chair, Leslie Molen. Leslie welcomed us all to her hometown, Denver, where the stage was set at the beautiful Westminster Westin Hotel north of the city with the Rocky Mountains looming in the distance. ~Shelley Thornton, NIADA artist, NIADA board member

The Classic Conference was preceded by the NIADA Dollmaking School
Monday, August 22nd ~ Thursday, August 25th, 2011. One and two-day classes were taught by NIADA Artists: Stephanie Blythe, Ankie Daanen, Deborah C. Pope, Donna May Robinson, Forest Rogers, Shelley Thornton, Marlaine Verhelst, Annie Wahl, and Kathryn Walmsley Continue reading
